How to edit lms learndash quiz view like TOEFL or IELTS exam view?

hello everyone i m looking for 4 months this plugin but I can’t edit lms learndash quiz screen / view.

I need to edit it such as https://www.testden.com/challenge/toeflibt/maintest.asp after you login you will see exam page or https://ieltsonlinetests.com/collection/ielts-general-training

I need full screen, I must change question and answers’ positions etc…

How can i do it? or which file I will edit?
