No download button visible
Question
I have just bought a membership subscription and am trying to download a plugin.
The “Download” button is not visible as per response to post https://help.nobuna.com/question/nobuna-membership-orders/ – in fact I see a “JOIN THE CLUB NOW” button. Which of-course takes me to the plans page.
I have not only cleared my cache, I have logged in using a different browser with the same issue.
Am I missing something?

You do not have to pay the extra product fees if you have a membership on our site.
We reviewed your account, and it works perfectly. We have attached screenshots below to provide you with more details.
Click on any product you wish to download, review the product details, and you will find the download button to the right of the “Add to cart” button, If you cannot see the download button, clear your browser’s cache.
If you are trying to download a bundle, remember that the bundles are intended for users who do not have a subscription.
You have a subscription, so you can download all of our products individually. They are located in our catalog. Use the search engine to locate them by entering the product’s details, and, from there, you will have the option to download any product you select.
